① Enter the camera's system menu -PIR test function. Move your hand in front of the camera lens to see if there is a red light flashing and whether the number of triggers is displayed on the screen. If so, it means that the PIR function is effective.
② Is the camera hung at a height of 1.5-2m? The camera is pointed at a slightly downward angle. PIR cannot be triggered if the height is too low or the angle is horizontal.
③ The effective distance of monitoring cannot exceed 22-25m.Moving objects that are too small may not be detected. For example, a rabbit or mouse 20 meters away may not trigger the PIR.
④ The lens protective film and PIR film must be removed, otherwise it will affect the triggering
⑤ The detection function is related to temperature. It is best if the current ambient temperature is 20°,but if the ambient temperature is too high, please shorten the detection distance, otherwise it may not be detected.
If you do not see the object in front of the lens but take the wrong dection video, please check the following:
① Please ensure that there are no shaking objects such as leaves in the detection area, otherwise it may cause false recording
② Do not point the camera toward the sun. If there are leaves nearby that are heated by the sun, a single wind will trigger the PIR.

Q:Why does it show that there is no memory card or why are there no pictures in the SD card?
A: Please check the following details:
①Please check whether the Micro SD card is correctly inserted into the card slot.
② Make sure the Micro SD card is formatted the first time.
③ Please change another one, or insert the Micro SD card into the computer to check if it works normally.
Q:After I connect the camera to the mobile app, why does it not record video if there is an object moving in front of the lens?
A:This is normal. The PIR of the camera only works in standby mode.
It does not work when connected wirelessly to the App. At this time, the camera can only be used to set parameters and watch real-time images and play backs.
Q:Why does the app always prompt that the camera has lost connection?
A: Please note the following points:
①Let me first explain that the camera will automatically disconnect when the screen is turned off or running in the background or you are operating other functions on the phone, so you may see the camera disconnect multiple times. This is normal and is intended to save power. You can click "connect camera”
②If the connection is interrupted while watching live video, it may be that your battery power is too low, and the camera will auto matically disconnect frequently. You can try to replace the battery or charge the camera with DC cable.
③The effective distance of Bluetooth and wireless connection is 20m.Please ensure that the distance is not exceeded. You can try to shorten the monitoring distance.
